These terms govern the licensing of the software BOTANIKA – Green Nature when purchased via the FastSpring platform.
The sale (payment processing and invoicing) is handled by FastSpring, acting as the Merchant of Record.

The licensor is the exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights to the software.
The subject of this agreement is the granting of a license to use the software. The software is not sold as a product, but provided under a license.
The purchase agreement is concluded between the customer and FastSpring after completing the order and successful payment processing.
The license price is displayed during the checkout process on the FastSpring platform.
Payment is processed through FastSpring’s secure payment system.
The license is delivered electronically after successful payment, typically via e-mail containing a license key or activation instructions.
Conditions for withdrawal and refunds are governed by FastSpring policies and are described in the Refund Policy.
In case of technical issues or questions related to the software, the user may contact the licensor via the e-mail provided above.
The user is required to provide a sufficient description of the issue and reasonable cooperation necessary for its assessment and resolution.
Payment-related issues and refunds are handled directly by FastSpring.
Use of the software is governed by the End User License Agreement (EULA).
