💻 Installation information

• The installation package is in MSI format
• The installation is performed using a standard setup wizard (EN language)
• Supported systems: Windows 10 and Windows 11
• Recommended installation path:
  C:\Users\Public\Documents\
• It is not recommended to change the installation location (due to future updates)

🚀 First launch of the application

• During the first launch, the user selects the interface language
• Available languages: CZ, SK, PL, EN, DE
• The language can be changed at any time later

⏳ Trial version

• After installation, the application runs in Trial mode
• The usage period is 7 days from the first launch
• After the trial period expires, it is possible to:
  • purchase a license
  • activate the full version

• the main Botanika application
• plant database
• image atlas
• educational materials and exercises

🔄 Application updates

When the application is started (if an internet connection is available), it checks for updates of both the database and the program.

• Updates are performed automatically
• The maximum amount of downloaded data is approximately up to 25 MB
• Updates ensure up-to-date data and proper application functionality

After installation, all content is available offline without the need for an internet connection.

To download the application, you must confirm that you are not a robot.
This measure protects the server from automated downloads.
